Bio:

Paulina has been working as a secretary at the University of Duisburg-Essen since 2015. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Łódź, in the heart of Poland. She then continued her studies at the UDE and she completed her Master’s degree in English and German Studies here in 2006. 

Since 2023, she has been part of the Chair APO, Future of Work, Innovation & Organisation. Before joining the UDE, she worked for eight years in the private sector as a team assistant and executive secretary to the management board. Paulina works in four languages and brings strong intercultural and communication skills to her work. As part of the Erasmus programme, she studied for nine months at the Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken, and at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari in Sardinia, Italy. She also participated in several Erasmus+ programmes, including stays in Ireland (Galway), at the Vilnius University (Lithuania), and at the Marmara Üniversitesi in the vibrant city of Istanbul, Turkey.
