Our chair offers two engaging seminars designed to prepare you for this journey:

  •  The Bachelor Seminar in the module "Fundamentals of Future of Work, Human Resource Management & Organization."
  •  The Master Seminar in the module "Advances in Future of Work, Human Resource Management & Organization."

These seminars are the stepping stones to writing your thesis, but spaces are limited and competitive. Each semester, we are offering 10 exclusive spots for those who are ready to dive into research and contribute to shaping the future of business. To apply to the seminars, submit your complete academic record to the chair’s administrative office at the beginning of the term break and before the start of the semester (futureofwork (at) wiwi.uni-due.de).

Once you have successfully completed the seminar, you can apply for writing a thesis at our chair. Reach out to our research staff for this. For applying to write a thesis, you must craft a powerpoint proposal of 10-15 slides showcasing your research idea and present this to our academic staff. When our academic staff agrees your proposal is feasible, you can then formally register for writing your thesis at the chair's administrative assistant (futureofwork (at) wiwi.uni-due.de).

Moreover, for those currently writing their thesis, we offer a Colloquium, where you’ll present your research and receive valuable feedback to refine and elevate your work while writing the thesis.

Don’t miss this chance to challenge yourself, expand your horizons, and make a lasting impact. Your future starts now—let's make it extraordinary!
